从结构上来说，可以采取四段式的写法：
段：开头段改写题目，回答问题。
第二段：问题原因（如果有2-3原因，且篇幅较长，可以分2-3段）。

Introduction:
It is true that many young teenagers choose to give up schooling after developing negative attitude towards academic life. 现在确实存在这样的现象，许多年轻人在对学习产生厌恶的时候，选择放弃学业。There are various reasons that may account for this phenomenon, but certain steps could be taken to reverse this case. 产生这种现象的原因有多种，也有许多方法可以解决这个现象。
Body 1:
The main reason is possibly the growing recognition that the academic qualification is not vital for graduates to secure a job any more. 产生这种现象 大的因素是因为现在越来越流行的一种观念：文凭对于就业不再重要。That is to say, the jobs available nowadays increasingly demand job seekers with more practical skills, which most universities do not provide. 也就是说，现今的工作需要实操技能，而这些技能恰恰是大多数大学不提供教授的。As a result, an increasing number of young graduates with higher education qualifications fail to find a job. 这也是为什么现在有很多有高等文凭的学生找不到工作的原因。By contrast, young people who decide to find work, rather than continue their studies, have a better chance to gain practical experience related to their chosen profession. 相反地，那些选择放弃学业走上工作岗位的人，却能有好的机会去提升实践经验。Therefore, they are more likely to be promoted and have a successful career.所以，他们容易被提升、收获好的职业生涯。Another possible reason should be due to the fact that young people are often forced to study some subjects that they are not interested in. 另外一个导致这种现象的原因，是因为学生老是被迫去学一些他们不感兴趣的课程。For instance, a student who aims to become a doctor in the future is forced to learn English laws cannot be expected to be positive about his or her studies. 譬如，一个未来想成为医生的学生被迫去学习英国法律，那当然不能指望他对自己的学业表现出多感兴趣。These are the reasons why many young people do not want to continue higher education. 这就是为什么很多年轻人不愿意继续读书的原因。
Body 2:
To help students develop a positive attitude towards learning, we need to initiate changes in universities from two perspectives. 为了解决这个现象，促进学生对学习产生积极兴趣，我们应该在大学中做出2点改变。First of all, schools should provide a broad and balanced curriculum that prepares students better for future employment. 首先，学校应该提供一个平衡多样的课表，可以让学生们好的为未来的就业做准备。Only be strengthening the link between what students learn and what they will apply can the negative attitudes towards schooling be reversed. 只有加强学术和实践的练习才能把学生厌学的心给收回来。Secondly, universities should encourage students to get involved in making their own choices and plans in study, which would promote their motivation in a desirable way. 第二，学校要鼓励学生去自主选课，可以激发他们学习的动力。
Conclusion
In conclusion, two measures could be taken by universities in order to bring back the attitude of young teenagers. 总的来说，学校可以采取2大措施去挽回学生们对学习不好的态度。
