阅读文章要点：primary care doctors 短缺的三个原因
1. medical school 学费高昂；
2. 工作压力太大，负担重，less time relax and less vacations；
3. opportunity of training 不足。
听力逐一反驳：
1. 政府有national health service program 提供low interest 贷款和scholarship, 还有
compensation 来补偿收入；
2. nurses 可以减轻doctors 的burden, 现在nurses undergo comprehensive training, 可
以给病人开处方等；
3. 其实不是不足，而是badly distributed, 也就是说有些医院的training position 很多，有些却很少，所以有new law 颁布说如果某个医院的position 空缺三年没人报，就分给其他医院。 |
